E-Learning

There are many challenges when working in an industry where the majority of its employees work in remote locations and live in diverse locations around the world.  The provision of training is one of these challenges.

To address this challenge OMS have developed an E-Learning System that allows for self paced learning that is provided via both self contained CDs and the Internet.  This flexible approach along with more traditional face training provides the greatest opportunity to ensure that we provide timely and up to date training to all of our employees.
